Refund Policy

• A 100% refund on all of our paid programs and services when requested within 7 days of beginning the program or service. This policy applies to any e-mail series, mentoring program, or other purchased service not specifically listed except classes, web-classes or “webinars”.

• A prorated refund on all paid programs and services when requested between 7 and 14 days of beginning the program or service. Refunds will be based upon the length of the program or service relative to the date of refund request. i.e. A request on day 14 of a 30 day program will receive a 50% refund. Classes, web-classes and “webinars” are specifically excluded from this policy.

• Individual consultations (other than those provided free of charge)are non-refundable.

• Pre-paid individual consultations will be fully refunded if cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation are generally non-refundable, but will be considered on an individual basis.

• E-books and e-workbooks are non-refundable except in cases of a publishing error that destroys or makes essentially useless the content. In these cases, a replacement will be arranged.

• The refund policy for any class or seminar whether presented on the web or in “real time” will be announced at the time the class, “webinar” or seminar is announced.
